As much as possible, try to stick to your regular schedule. Don’t miss your gym workout, squeeze it in before the holiday party.
Make exercise a priority
It can be tough to fit exercise into your schedule during the holiday season. Make it a priority and make it fun. Sign up for a holiday race with friends or exercise with friends who are visiting.
A great way to catch up is to take a walk. A brisk, 15-minute walk will boost your mood for 2 hours.
Do less, enjoy more
You don’t have to go to every holiday party or find the most clever place for the elf each night. Cut yourself some slack! Choose the events you want to attend, and kindly say “no” to those you don’t.
